Much of our practice involves representing clients before various U.S. governmental agencies such as the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, the Food and Drug Administration, the Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Export Control, the State Department, the Commerce Department, and the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. The firm regularly represents clients in litigation before federal district courts, the Court of International Trade and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit as well as state and local courts. We also work closely with foreign governments to resolve issues impacting our clients' international business transactions.

Equally important, our staff has practical business experience in international trade and commercial transactions.
